Melanie starts her gong bath with meditation to gently prepare you for your sound healing and end with herbal tea by Lisa especially created for the evening. Nadine starts her alchemy crystal singing bowl sound bath with  meditation, then gently brings you into a state of total relaxation with the healing sounds of her singing bowls. We end with a herbal tea ceremony with Lisa. Both evenings are sure to help you release stress and bring calm and tranquility to you.
