Ancient trees have beauty and character with more biodiversity than a thousand 100-year-old oaks! Veteran trees are successors, the next generation of ancient trees. Like people, trees develop more character with age. Ancient and veteran tree forest bathing are special sessions, where energy these trees absorb from the earth as well as the universal force of the sky may be spiritually felt with your sixth sense.
If you have a group, we can arrange a bespoke Forest Bathing session, either in the areas I normally have my sessions or in a woodland near you. Private woodlands with shepherds huts or hotels near woodlands for overnight stays can also be arranged, as well as private woodland with outdoor cooking and other wellness activities.
