1. Team Building and Leadership Days

Thriving Together Days

Nature-based coaching experiences that help leaders and teams create the conditions for healthy, sustainable high performance.

Many leaders and teams are under constant pressure to deliver more with less. The pace can become relentless, leaving little opportunity to step back or notice the hidden costs of the way people are working. Yet sustainable high performance isn’t created by pushing harder – it’s created by building the conditions in which people, teams and organisations can truly thrive.

Thriving Together Days offer leaders and teams the opportunity to step away from the demands of everyday work and take an honest look at how they’re leading, collaborating and performing. Set in beautiful natural environments, these experiences combine the science of wellbeing and performance with expert coaching, meaningful conversation and the restorative power of nature.

Together, we’ll explore whether your current ways of living, leading and working are creating the energy, resilience and connection needed for long-term success. We’ll also identify the practical shifts that will enable you and your team to perform at your best, without compromising wellbeing.

What You’ll Explore in a Thriving Together Day

Through expert facilitation, coaching and guided activities in nature you’ll explore:

• The neuroscience and biology of healthy, sustainable high performance and why wellbeing is a critical driver of individual and team success.
• How people are really feeling through honest, human conversation.
• The impact of workload, pressure and pace – and how to create more energising, sustainable ways of working.
• Practical commitments that strengthen wellbeing, leadership and team performance long after the immersion has ended.

A Typical Thriving Together Day

Every Thriving Together day is tailored to your unique needs, but typically includes:

• Grounding arrival – Gentle movement, breathwork or mindfulness to settle the nervous system and create space for deeper thinking.
• Leadership and team coaching – Reflective and creative activities exploring leadership, wellbeing, resilience, and performance.
• Facilitated coaching conversations – A blend of guided walk-and-talks and structured group dialogue that encourages fresh thinking, honest conversation, deeper trust and collective understanding.
• Immersive nature experiences – Forest bathing, mindfulness, playful exploration and a unique Japanese-inspired tea ceremony using locally foraged ingredients, creating moments of calm, perspective and connection.
• Commitment to action – Practical, meaningful commitments that strengthen the way you lead, collaborate and perform together.

Who is a Thriving Together day for?

Thriving Together days are ideal for leaders and teams who want to strengthen the foundations of healthy, sustainable success. They are particularly valuable for people who:

• want to protect wellbeing while maintaining high performance
• are navigating growth, change or increasing complexity
• are seeking fresh perspective, renewed energy and greater clarity
• want to be proactive about preventing burnout rather than responding to it

2. Corporate Wellness Experiences

Forest Bathing

Immerse your senses in the forest to connect with nature, boosting your immune system, health and wellbeing. We use mindfulness to tune into our senses and forest science to take in the healing properties of the trees.

Forest bathing originated in Japan, where it is called shinrin yoku. Research in Japan has shown forest bathing to improve our physiology, such as enhancing our immune system, stabilising blood pressure, lowering stress, improving sleep and concentration, as well as improving our wellbeing.

Complementary Nature Experiences

Herbal Workshops

Reconnect with nature by learning about local plants and their traditional uses, while creating simple herbal preparations that support everyday wellbeing.

Foraging & Nature Walks

Feel connected with nature. Learn about nature and how to sustainably forage edible and medicinal herbs and mushrooms.

Mindfulness & Meditation

Learn techniques that encourage a heightened state of awareness and focused attention to help reach a healthy level of calm. We start with nature and end with foraged teas.

Other Complementary Experiences

Sound Bath

Experience deep relaxation helping you to connect to your body as the vibrations of the gong & crystal bowls soothes the nervous system, helping you to relax and relieve stress and calming the mind.

Yoga

Lean into relaxation, shifting from a constant state of stress known as our sympathetic response, to a more relaxing and calming state.

Japanese Cultural Experiences

Explore Japanese culture through mindful, hands-on experiences such as kokedama, shodo, shibori and furoshiki, discovering traditional techniques through creativity and connection.

Enhancements

Enhance the experience with optional Japanese tea tasting and shakyo (sutra tracing in kanji), offering moments of calm, reflection and presence.

Creative Workshops
